After struggling with her mental health and being diagnosed with a chronic illness, the filmmaker Ludmila Dayer begins her journey in a deep process of self-discovery. Through her personal account and interviews with doctors, shamans, neuroscientists and psychoanalysts, she shares the tools that helped her to overcome her traumas and guided her to happiness.
